Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MO&Co. pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
